I can’t see my songs in the media library
Make sure the correct folders were added to your library. If you recently copied new files into those folders, refresh or rescan the library so Karaoke Encore can detect them.
There is no sound during playback
Check that the correct audio output device is selected in Audio Settings. If your device changed or reconnected, refresh the device list and select it again before restarting playback.
The karaoke screen is not displaying correctly
Review your display and karaoke window settings. Confirm the correct screen is being used and adjust visual options such as background color, background image, or fill mode if needed.
Background music does not start
Make sure background music is enabled and that the background playlist contains tracks. Depending on your setup, background music may pause or duck automatically while foreground karaoke playback is active.
I can’t find a saved playlist
