4. Ordering Process
Purchasing a software license consists of the following steps:

Consumers are entitled to request a refund within 14 days, provided that the purchased software license has not been activated.

9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers residing within the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days.
However, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the applicable Hungarian legislation, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the supply of digital content has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
By activating the purchased software license, you expressly acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may cease.

The license remains valid until terminated in accordance with these Terms.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of the license without refund.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the software or the Website.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Software Use and Restrictions
You are authorized to:
- Install the software on one computer per license purchase.
This license does not permit:
- Renting, leasing, selling, lending, distributing, transferring, publishing, merging, or sublicensing the software or any part of it.
- Renting, leasing, selling, lending, or distributing hardware on which the software is installed, unless expressly permitted by Easy Joy Event Kft.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise reducing the software to a human-perceivable form, except as expressly permitted by law.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of your license and legal action.

Terms to Accept:
- The software can only be installed and used based on the purchased license.
- By purchasing the license, you agree to the terms of use, which include refraining from unauthorized activities.
- Before using the software, you must accept the license agreement, which includes the aforementioned restrictions and legal consequences for non-compliance.
