By accessing the Website or purchasing a software license, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. Ordering Process

Purchasing a software license consists of the following steps:

Select the desired license.
Add the product to your shopping cart.
Enter the required billing information.
Review your order.
Complete the payment securely via Stripe.
Receive an order confirmation by email.
Receive your software license electronically.

5. Payment

All online payments are securely processed through Stripe Technology Europe, Ltd.

The merchant never receives or stores your full payment card details.

Payment processing is subject to Stripe’s own Terms and Privacy Policy.

6. Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on the Website include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

International customers may be responsible for additional taxes or duties according to their local legislation.

7. Digital Delivery

Software licenses are delivered electronically.

License activation information is usually sent automatically within a few minutes after successful payment but no later than 3 business days.

8. Refund Policy

Consumers are entitled to request a refund within 14 days, provided that the purchased software license has not been activated.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers residing within the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days.

However, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the applicable Hungarian legislation, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the supply of digital content has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

By activating the purchased software license, you expressly acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may cease.

We aim to investigate and respond to all complaints within a reasonable period.

Consumers may also contact the competent Hungarian Consumer Protection Authority or the relevant Conciliation Board.

11. Privacy

12. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, databases, documentation, graphics, trademarks, logos, website design, images, and other content available on the Website are the exclusive intellectual property of Eigner Nikolett ev. or its licensors.

No intellectual property rights are transferred to the purchaser except for the limited software license granted under these Terms.

13. Software License

Upon successful purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software.

Unless otherwise specified, each purchased license authorizes installation on one computer.

The license remains valid until terminated in accordance with these Terms.

14. Restrictions

You may not:

copy the software except for backup purposes;
rent, lease, sublicense, lend or sell the software;
transfer your license without written permission;
modify or create derivative works;
reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
remove copyright notices or license information;
distribute activated copies of the software.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of the license without refund.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the software or the Website.

This includes, but is not limited to:

loss of profits;
loss of business;
loss of data;
business interruption;
hardware failures not caused by the software.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. Consumer Dispute Resolution

Consumers may contact the competent Hungarian Conciliation Board (Békéltető Testület).

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hungary and the applicable legislation of the European Union.

The latest version will always be published on the Website and shall become effective upon publication.

you understand that violation of these Terms may result in termination of your software license and possible legal action.

Software Use and Restrictions

You are authorized to:

Install the software on one computer per license purchase.

This license does not permit:

Renting, leasing, selling, lending, distributing, transferring, publishing, merging, or sublicensing the software or any part of it.
Renting, leasing, selling, lending, or distributing hardware on which the software is installed, unless expressly permitted by Easy Joy Event Kft.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise reducing the software to a human-perceivable form, except as expressly permitted by law.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of your license and legal action.

Terms to Accept During Installation

System Requirements:

Minimum: Windows 7 or later, Dual-core 2.0 GHz CPU, 4 GB RAM, Integrated graphics, 2 GB storage, 1280 x 720 resolution, Internet connection for license activation.
Recommended: Windows 10 or later, Quad-core 3.0 GHz CPU, 8 GB RAM, Dedicated graphics card with 2 GB VRAM, 4 GB storage, 1920 x 1080 resolution, Internet connection.

Terms to Accept:

The software can only be installed and used based on the purchased license.
By purchasing the license, you agree to the terms of use, which include refraining from unauthorized activities.
Before using the software, you must accept the license agreement, which includes the aforementioned restrictions and legal consequences for non-compliance.
