4. Purchasing Process

  1. Select the product or service you wish to purchase.
  2. Add the product to your cart.
  3. Provide the necessary information (name, address, payment details, etc.).
  4. Confirm your order.
  5. Payment is securely processed through the Barion system. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation.

5. Payments

Online credit card payments are processed through the Barion system. The merchant does not receive the credit card details. The service provider, Barion Payment Zrt., is an institution supervised by the Hungarian National Bank, license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.

6. Prices and Taxes

Prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Additional taxes or duties may apply to international orders.

7. Shipping and Delivery

After purchasing the digital license, it will be delivered within 3 business days. In practice, this takes a few minutes as the system sends it automatically. The software can be downloaded and tested in advance from the https://karaokeencore.com/ website.

8. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy, and digital products are only refundable if the license has not been activated. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service at support@karaokeencore.com.

10. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of conclusion. The conditions and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal are detailed below:

  • The deadline and other conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal.
  • The declaration template according to Annex 2 of the Government Decree.
  • The cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer unless the business has agreed to bear these costs.
  • For service contracts, if performance begins within the 14-day withdrawal period and the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the consumer must reimburse the business for reasonable costs.

Software Use and Restrictions

You are authorized to:

  1. Install the software on one computer per license purchase.

This license does not permit:

  • Renting, leasing, selling, lending, distributing, transferring, publishing, merging, or sublicensing the software or any part of it.
  • Renting, leasing, selling, lending, or distributing hardware on which the software is installed, unless expressly permitted by Easy Joy Event Kft.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise reducing the software to a human-perceivable form, except as expressly permitted by law.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of your license and legal action.

System Requirements:

  • Minimum: Windows 7 or later, Dual-core 2.0 GHz CPU, 4 GB RAM, Integrated graphics, 2 GB storage, 1280 x 720 resolution, Internet connection for license activation.
  • Recommended: Windows 10 or later, Quad-core 3.0 GHz CPU, 8 GB RAM, Dedicated graphics card with 2 GB VRAM, 4 GB storage, 1920 x 1080 resolution, Internet connection.

Terms to Accept:

  • The software can only be installed and used based on the purchased license.
  • By purchasing the license, you agree to the terms of use, which include refraining from unauthorized activities.
  • Before using the software, you must accept the license agreement, which includes the aforementioned restrictions and legal consequences for non-compliance.
